The idea of starting a family business first came from my granny, Rosie. When I was just a boy she'd always talk about us opening a snow cone & nachos stand. It was fate that she came across an old snow cone machine at a yard sale, she bought it & we would sell snow cones in front of her house....
I fondly remember the time when I was just 13 yrs old, she snuck me in the hotel to help her set up & serve at a private banquet, paying me out of what she earned... Rosie was an amazing server, she rated top tier & was highly respected in the hospitality industry . After 50 + years in the hospitality industry Rosie finally retired after 24 years with the Marriott.
A few years ago I took a side job working crawfish boils with a Master Boiler. We went on boils & I fell in love with the art of boiling! "I wanna do this I thought!"... It was a fun job that just came second nature to me. I would share my stories, pictures, with Rosie about the boils, & she got a big kick out of that!
Sadly, we lost our Rosie to Leukemia in 2022.
Rosie's family promise is to provide our customers top tier service with a smile, as Rosie would've,.. and cook mouth watering, lip-smacking delicious seafood from our hearts.
